Snorkeling Playa Pesquero
Join us as we Snorkel in both shallow and deeper water just off the Beach in Playa Pesquero. Watch us feed the fish with Bananas get a unique perspective from our “above water” shot from where the reef is!
More important Playa Pesquero Information: Be sure to speak to the beach attendant, he will carry your loungers to where ever you want them, give him a peso!
Bring an insulated drinking mug with you. It will stop you having to run back and forth to the bar so often and will keep your drink cold!
Wear Water Shoes or Dive Boots in the water, there is some lava rock and coral about so better safe than sorry.
Bring Bananas into the water with you if you are going Snorkelling. The fish love em and you’ll see a lot more when you put some Banana chunks in the water.
The REAL REEF is about 100 yards off shore towards the left point. It sits in about 35ft of water and drops off to about 60 feet. This is where the real fish are. Great Snorkelling.
Visit the mouth of the river at the West end of the beach, it’s private and really neat to see. This area is policed a lot on the weekends.
Voltage at the Resort is 220V 60Hz, However the plugs are compatible with Canadian things you'll probably plug in. You most likely won't need a converter.
